If I switch to an annual plan, can I apply my previous monthly payments to my new annual membership?

When you switch from a monthly to an annual membership, your new plan begins after your current month ends. We are unable to apply past monthly payments to your new annual membership; however, you will not lose the time you have already purchased.

To switch to an annual membership, sign in to your IXL parent account, and open your account menu. Select Membership details. From here, click switch to annual, and then click Update to confirm.
